2.2 All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

2.3 BioResire does not guarantee:

• Employment or placement

• Grants, funding, or admissions

3. Registration and User Responsibility

3.1 Users may be required to submit personal or academic information.

3.2 Users are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of submitted details
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Activities conducted under their account

3.3 BioResire is not liable for losses arising from user negligence.

4. Internships, Training, and Certifications

4.1 Programs may be:

• Online or offline
• Individual or group-based
• Academic, industrial, or research-oriented

4.2 Certificates are issued solely at BioResire’s discretion and only upon:

• Satisfactory completion
• Compliance with conduct guidelines
• Internal verification

4.3 BioResire reserves the right to:

• Delay, deny, revoke, or cancel certificates
• Modify program structure or requirements

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All materials including but not limited to:

• Course content
• Research frameworks
• Videos, documents, designs
• Logos, brand names, and databases

are the exclusive intellectual property of BioResire.

5.2 Users shall not:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Record
• Commercialize

any content without prior written permission.

5.3 Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Any content submitted by users (assignments, testimonials, feedback, videos, reviews) grants BioResire a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such content.

6.2 BioResire may modify, publish, display, or reuse such content for operational, academic, or promotional purposes.

6.3 Users waive all claims related to such usage.

7. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misrepresent BioResire
• Defame or harass staff, mentors, or participants
• Disrupt sessions or platforms
• Engage in unethical, illegal, or harmful conduct

BioResire retains sole authority to determine violations.

8. Communication and Notices

8.1 By registering, users consent to receive:

• Emails
• Calls
• SMS
• WhatsApp messages
• System notifications

8.2 Communication preferences do not override:

• Legal notices
• Policy updates
• Program-related communications

9. Technology and Platform Dependency

9.1 Services may rely on third-party platforms and tools.

9.2 BioResire is not responsible for:

• Technical interruptions
• Platform downtime
• Data loss caused by third parties

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 BioResire may suspend or terminate access:

• Without prior notice
• Without stating reasons

10.2 Upon termination:

• User access ends immediately
• Certificates, privileges, or recognition may be withdrawn

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 BioResire shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Career or academic outcomes
• Loss of opportunity or reputation

11.2 Liability, if any, is strictly limited to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioResire from:

• Claims
• Damages
• Legal costs

arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

13. Confidentiality

13.1 Users may receive access to confidential or proprietary information.

13.2 Disclosure, duplication, or misuse of such information is prohibited.

13.3 Breach may result in legal and disciplinary action.

14. Force Majeure

BioResire shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Internet or power failures
• Pandemics or unforeseen events

15. Amendments

15.1 BioResire may modify these Terms at any time.

15.2 Changes are effective immediately upon publication.

15.3 Continued use constitutes acceptance

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts chosen by BioResire.

17. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between BioResire and the user, superseding all prior communications.

19. Authority and Contact

All interpretations and enforcement decisions rest solely with BioResire.
