BioResire (“the Organization”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, stores, processes, and uses user information strictly for organizational, operational, legal, compliance, and business continuity purposes. By accessing, registering, enrolling, or making any payment on the BioResire platform, the user explicitly agrees to this Privacy Policy in full and without reservation.

All data submitted by users including but not limited to personal details, academic information, payment records, communication logs, device identifiers, IP addresses, session data, and behavioral analytics may be collected automatically or manually. Such data forms an integral part of BioResire’s internal records and may be retained indefinitely for legal, audit, compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, research, and strategic analysis purposes.

BioResire reserves the absolute right to process user data under legitimate business interest. Users waive any claim of ownership over processed, aggregated, derived, anonymized, or analyzed data. Data once submitted cannot be fully erased if it affects compliance, taxation, audits, intellectual property protection, or organizational credibility.

BioResire may share data internally or with third-party service providers including but not limited to payment gateways, tax authorities, legal advisors, cloud infrastructure providers, communication platforms, and government bodies where required. BioResire shall not be responsible for third-party misuse beyond reasonable control.

No assurance is provided regarding uninterrupted access, absolute security, or error-free data handling. Users accept all inherent digital risks.

Refund Policy (24-Hour Strict Clause)

All payments made to BioResire are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REVERSIBLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE under all circumstances, including within 24 hours of payment.

The 24-hour window does not guarantee refund eligibility. It only serves as a compliance acknowledgement period and does not override this policy.

Refunds are not provided due to the immediate allocation of organizational resources upon payment confirmation. These include administrative processing, platform provisioning, database updates, accounting entries, GST/tax liabilities, payment gateway fees, transaction charges, software usage costs, and operational manpower deployment, all of which are irreversible expenses.

Payment gateways and banks deduct non-recoverable charges instantly. Government taxes once reported or provisioned cannot be reversed. Issuing refunds would directly cause financial loss, compliance discrepancies, audit complications, and credibility risks to BioResire.

Access to digital content, course materials, dashboards, communications, orientation data, internal frameworks, methodologies, or intellectual property—whether accessed or not—constitutes consumption. Digital access itself is treated as service delivery.

Refunds are also denied to prevent misuse, opportunistic behavior, content extraction, unfair competitive practices, data harvesting, and reputational harm to the organization.

Change of mind, misunderstanding of course structure, personal constraints, internet issues, time limitations, dissatisfaction without substantiated breach, or failure to read policies do not qualify for refunds.

BioResire does not guarantee outcomes, placements, academic results, certifications acceptance, institutional recognition, or personal success. Payments are strictly for access and participation, not for promised results.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or forced reversals will be treated as policy violations and may result in permanent suspension, legal recovery, and reporting to payment partners.

BioResire reserves exclusive authority to approve or deny any exception, and such decisions shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.

Final Legal Notice

By completing payment, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Policy and Refund Policy in entirety. Failure to review policies does not exempt compliance. BioResire’s interpretation of these policies shall prevail in all cases.
